Lance is trash 🗑️. Shoving low quality stuff out the door then absolutely no craps given about supporting their customers.

I've been trying to get the missing parts my '22 2185 was shipped without for a year. Been working on the slide and other major issues since June. Can barely get correspondence from them.

I'm literally to get point of cold messaging random lance and rev group executives on LinkedIn to try to get this done.

Stop with the covid excuses. That's no excuse for knowingly shipping trash, and 3 years later you can't still be claiming that as an excuse for a company that clearly just doesn't care.
