Initial posting was a long time ago. As an update after adding the step stabilizer I modified ours with rivnuts, SS machine screws and 1/16" aircraft aluminum retainer band. They work great, long lasting and soft on the bare feet. Hose em off or I use the shop vac to clean. cool
