Great Anti Corrosion and Lube Product

Oops, I had originally posted this in the wrong Forum area... A fellow Lance member pointed me to the correct Forum.....

I wanted to share this product with fellow Lance owners. About 20 years ago I came across this product at a bike show for lubricating parts on a racing bike. I have used this product ever since to lubricate and protect about anything that is made out of  bare metal. This product was developed for Boeing aircraft to lubricate and protect metal hinges and other items on an airplane... When operating from 100 degree plus weather to -40 degree weather in driving rain, ice, and snow it's critical that a lubricant must withstand this type of environment. The product is called Boeshield T-9. The great attribute of this product is that after it is allowed to dry (3-4 hours) a waxy type of film is left behind. The waxy film is a great lubricant.. This film does not attract dirt like oily lubricants do and it will protect bare metal parts for months on end. This is why I always sprayed my bike chain with this stuff... The chain stayed cleaner longer and it was easy to clean the dirty chain by just spraying on fresh T-9 and then wiping down the old chain.

I recently pulled a can out of my bike closet and sprayed down all of the exposed metal bolts on my Lance including all of the bare metal bolts and nuts that attach the propane tanks to the trailer....The hitch.... The bumper bolts... frame bolts etc.. Note that you can also use this lubricant to un seize metal items. Just spray the two parts and allow the T-9 to penetrate into the needed area. I kid you not that I separated a snow plow blade from my tractor that had rusted to the tractor receiving lip.

I have never found anything that quite does the job that this stuff does... 20 years ago I had to  become a distributor to buy this stuff... It was not available in the marketplace at all... The good news is that you can buy it off of Amazon without a problem... BTW 19 years ago I stopped being a distributor... Even after selling off almost all of my inventory I was still left with a 10 year supply !!! LOL
