We have one of these and have used it frequently for probably 5 years. It works great and can be adjusted to as many heights as there are ladder rungs. The rubber feet disintegrated twice, once replaced free by the manufacturer. I ended up cutting a couple of pieces of 2 x 4 to fit into the bottom tubes after the 2nd time. The wooden feet work fine. Make sure the latches are fully engaged with extending the ladder by opening rapidly and be careful to avid pinched fingers when collapsing. Very useful ladder.
