Update: I called the adco hotline, they asked that I e-mail pics which I did on the 18th and there claim dept. called today and said they would send another cover out to me.

So there warrantee is good and I have no complaints. (cept maybee that when I took a pic of the warrantee label on the cover it said..... you guessed it. Made in china.)
